Lab Results AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by HERRERAAISOFTWARE LLC, provides AI-based educational explanations of medical information. We are committed to transparency and handle all data in strict accordance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, including the Health and Medical Apps Policy.

2. Medical & Health Disclaimer:

---Lab Results AI is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or

treatment. All outputs are for informational and educational purposes only.

---Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.

---We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or behavioral tracking.

---Lab Results AI is not a healthcare provider, HIPAA-covered entity, or medical device.

3. Data Minimization & Collection:

We collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our service:

Personal Information:

We do not require account creation and do not collect names, addresses, or government IDs.

Sensitive Health Information:

Any medical text, documents, or images you upload are transmitted securely to our encrypted cloud processing environment and trusted AI service providers solely for the purpose of generating an educational explanation. Content is processed in volatile memory and is not permanently stored on our servers after processing is complete.

Device & Usage Data:

We may collect limited, non-identifying technical information, such as device model and operating system version, to maintain app functionality and improve performance. This information cannot reasonably be used to identify you personally.

Payment Data:

All transactions are handled by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your credit card or banking information.

4. How We Use and Share Data:

We do not sell, rent, trade, or use your information for advertising or behavioral profiling.

To provide the service, uploaded medical content may be transmitted securely to trusted third-party infrastructure and AI processing providers solely for the purpose of generating your requested educational explanation.

These providers are contractually or technically restricted from using your content for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Your uploaded content is not permanently stored by us after processing is complete and is not used to train AI models for our application.

5. Permissions:

Lab Results AI requests the following permissions only when necessary:

Camera/Photos/Storage: To allow you to capture or upload medical images and documents for interpretation.

Microphone (optional): To allow speech-to-text functionality for asking medical questions verbally.

Internet: To securely transmit requests to our encrypted processing infrastructure and AI service providers.

Internet: To process your requests via our secure, encrypted API.

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

6. Data Retention and Deletion:

Uploaded Content: Deleted immediately after processing.

Technical Logs: Retained for a maximum of 30 days for troubleshooting purposes.

Your Rights: Since we do not store personal profiles, "deletion" is best achieved by uninstalling the app. If you have contacted support, you may request the deletion of your email correspondence at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy:

Lab Results AI is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it immediately.

8. Security:

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) for data in transit and secure infrastructure practices to protect your information, not intentionally retained after processing and not used for AI model training

9. Advertising, Marketing, Profiling, Data brokerage:

We do not use uploaded health information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or data brokerage purposes.
