                             Refund & Subscription Policy v1.1Effective Date: January 26, 2026

MedExplainAI, operated by HERRERAAISOFTWARE LLC, provides auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

1.Billing and Renewals:
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges will be applied to your account according to your selected plan. You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time through your device’s app store settings. 

2. Cancellation:
To cancel your subscription, follow the steps for your platform:

• Apple: Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Google: Open Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
•  In-App: You may also access subscription management directly within the MedExplainAI application bottom of screen/footer link "Manage Subscriptions."

Once canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. 

3. Refunds:
Refund policies vary by platform:

• Google Play Store:
  • Within 48 hours: You can typically request a refund directly through the Google Play Refund Page.
  • After 48 hours: If the 48-hour window has passed, or if you encounter technical issues where the service was not delivered, please contact us at customerservice@herreraaisoftware.com. 
  • We review these requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our internal policies and applicable local laws.
• Apple App Store:
  • All refund requests for Apple purchases must be submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com. 
  • Apple maintains sole discretion over these refunds.
