1.1 MedExplainAI provides AI-powered explanations of medical documents, text, and images for informational and educational purposes only. The Service is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

1.2 MedExplainAI does not provide medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

1.3 MedExplainAI is not intended for emergency use. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

2. Data Processing and Privacy:

2.1 All user-provided content (including uploaded documents, text, and images) is processed temporarily in memory solely to generate explanations. Content is not stored, retained, or reused after processing.

2.2 We do not use your content for training, advertising, or analytics.

2.3 You must only upload information that you have the legal right to share.

3. Eligibility:

MedExplainAI is intended for users aged 18 and above. Minors may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent.

4. Subscriptions and Billing:

Payments and subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. Please refer to our Refund & Subscription Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property:

All trademarks, branding, and Service content are the property of HERRERAAISOFTWARE LLC or their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid in the last 12 months.

8. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration:

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida, USA, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Termination:

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
